How long does it take to receive a custom-shaped surfboard?
Custom boards typically take 4 to 6 weeks to shape, glass, and cure. Once your board passes quality control, we will provide a tracking number for shipping.
Do you offer international shipping for large boards?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates for surfboards vary by destination and board length. Please contact our support team for a specific freight quote.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Due to safety and performance standards, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been waxed or taken into the water.
Can I choose between PU and EPS construction?
Absolutely. Most of our models are available in traditional Polyurethane (PU) for a classic feel or Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) for extra buoyancy and durability.
Are fins included with my surfboard purchase?
To allow riders to customize their setup, our boards are sold without fins unless specified in a bundle. We offer a wide range of FCS II and Futures fins in our accessories shop.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. If your board arrives with shipping damage, please document it with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
